Smite is a MMO action in which you control a god amid battles against other gods.

You can fight alone or in a group with other deities, develop their magical abilities or even go to war using all his physical strength.

With 3D graphics and various options for you to act in a fight, Smite will also require some strategic skills who want to come out victorious. The list of gods is extensive, mixing several different mythologies, and offers free and paid gods, for those who want more exclusive news.

Weekend released gods

Throughout this weekend, Hi-Rez Studios, developer of Smite, decided to release free access to all the gods of the game. This means that you and your friends can select any deity to play the insane battles of the game without paying anything for it.

The company did not specify the exact time when the promotion ends, but it should last until Sunday, June 1. After that, to continue playing with a paid god will need to invest your money.

You are God

When you enter Smite, does not associate your character to a single god, it is possible to select a new deity every battle in which you participate. Here, the divine creatures act as character classes, as each brings specific skills and possibilities.

Some have more magical power while others have more physical power, as well as issues such as defense and protection levels. You can access a brief summary of the history of the god in question within its folklore, which helps to understand a little more about its capabilities offered by the game.

Deities from all parts

In all, six major human history pantheons are at your disposal: Chinese, Egyptian, Greek, Hindu, Mayan, Roman and Norse. The clothing of each god is also quite specific, portraying some of the culture in which it is inserted, another important detail of Smite.

Game modes

In all, Smite offers five game modes:

• Arena - The gladiators who faced the sands of the arena call for divine help. The gods then decide to satisfy the demands of his worshipers and then you join an army of soldiers to fight another army;

• Conquest - A map surrounded by forest guard two bases, his and that of his opponent. Both are protected by minotaurs and phoenixes and your goal is to knock down the towers of the rival group;

• Domination - Here, the battle takes place in Egypt and your goal is to master at least two of the three control points around the map. Just be sure that there will be a rival group and that his goal is exactly the same;

• Joust - If you want to challenge a friend, this is the time. Here, you create a room and invite a friend who goes to the other team, and both face off in a battle against one;
